SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING
All of our orders are hand packed by the team in the UK, we use Royal Mail signed for services to ensure that all of your orders make it to you without any hassle.

Orders that contain clothing may take longer to arrive than non clothing orders, as they will be made to order and then from here they are expected to take 1-3 days after posting.

Orders that are outside of the UK are hand picked, packed and posted within the same time frame however please expect the order to take 7-10 days to arrive with you after posting.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped to the contact method that you provided upon checkout.

If your order arrives with any damage or missing items then please contact us on sales@tucked-automotive.com with photographic evidence as well as your order number.
  

RETURNS
Unfortunately we cannot accept any returns unless the order has arrived damaged from postage, if this happens to you then get in touch with us to resolve this matter.

All of our orders are quality checked before they leave the unit which means that the above should never happen.

If you have ordered clothing from us but you ordered the wrong size, then we are happy to offer a replacement on the following terms: 

1. The clothing must be unused and be in the original packaging

2. No damage has occurred after opening the package

3. The clothing should be in a condition that allows us to resell 

4. The return will need to be shipped back to us at your own costs including the shipping for the replacement
